We are thrilled to welcome you and your families back to our children’s dental offices in Richmond Hill, Markham and Stouffville! It’s been a long few months and we can’t wait to see you and put big smiles back on your little ones.

While our office has always been a safe and healthy place for your family, our team at Kids Dental Group has been working diligently to upgrade our environment for COVID-19 precautions. You can be confident that our team has gone above and beyond to make sure all appropriate health and safety standards are in place.

Changes In Our Operations 

Expect a phone call from one of our team members to rebook and confirm your child’s appointment. We thank everyone for their patience as we manage this transition back to work!

We are currently staggering our appointments to allow for longer intervals between seeing each of our patients. This is to grant extra time for disinfecting and to ensure social distancing protocols can be met.

All children and guardians will be required to wear a facemask when coming in for an appointment. Supplies are sparse, so we’re asking everyone to bring their own if possible. Please note that for the time being, only one guardian will be permitted to accompany a child to their appointment.

All patients, guardians and staff will need to fill out a pre-screening form to determine if they process any flu-like symptoms. A temperature check will be required to confirm the results of the pre-screening. If you or your child has been sick within the 14 days prior to their appointment, we ask that you don’t come. We’re happy to work with you to reschedule!

Changes To Our Office Space 

When you and your child come in on the day of their appointment, you’ll notice our new hand sanitizing stations. We ask that everyone make use of these stations when entering and leaving our office. Our team has also invested in an air purifying system to remove any contaminants from the air and increase the overall air quality in our office.

We have installed plexiglass at our front reception desk and all staff members are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) on top of their regular uniform. All these measures are in place to reduce the risk of illness transmission so we can keep creating smiles for your children.
